Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RedCore provides a forensic PC integrity scanning platform for FiveM server administrators and staff. The service generates detection reports based on Windows forensic artifacts. RedCore is a staff review tool — it does not automatically ban players or make enforcement decisions on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in using Google or Discord OAuth as configured by your administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, stalk, or unlawfully surveil individuals
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the scanner client without authorization
• Attempt to bypass scan session security, HWID binding, or upload authentication
• Submit false or manipulated scan results
• Resell or sublicense access without a valid Enterprise license
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations

5. Player Consent

Server administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from players before requesting a PC scan. RedCore provides the technical tooling; enforcement policies and player communication are your responsibility.

6. Detection Accuracy

Detection results are based on forensic artifact analysis and heuristics. While we strive for high accuracy, no detection system is infallible. False positives and false negatives may occur. All findings should be reviewed by qualified staff before taking action against a player.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service outages exceeding 48 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

RedCore, its scanner client, detection modules, dashboard, and branding are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

RedCore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from enforcement decisions made based on scan results, service interruptions, or detection inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
