Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2025
1. Introduction
RedCore ("we", "us", "our") operates a forensic PC integrity scanning platform for FiveM server staff. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data We Collect
When a PC scan is performed, we collect forensic metadata including:
- File paths and names of suspicious or flagged artifacts
- Timestamps of file creation, modification, and deletion events
- Windows forensic signals (BAM entries, Recycle Bin log status, Recycle Bin traces)
- Antivirus and Defender status information
- Device specifications (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage)
- Hardware ID (HWID) for scan session binding
- USB device connection history (device names and timestamps)
We do not upload file contents, personal documents, passwords, browser history, or screenshots.
3. Account Data
If you create an account via Google or Discord OAuth, we receive your email address, display name, and provider avatar as supplied by the OAuth provider. We do not collect additional personal information beyond what is needed to operate your account.
4. How We Use Data
- Generate forensic scan reports for server staff review
- Bind scan sessions to specific hardware to prevent result spoofing
- Operate and improve detection modules
- Provide customer support and account management
We do not sell, rent, or share scan data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Scan results are retained for as long as your account or server license is active, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your scan data by contacting us. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
6. Data Security
Scan uploads are authenticated via JWT and HMAC signatures. Download links are one-time use tokens. Admin access is protected by secure session cookies. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
7. Player Visibility
Players who run a scan can view their scan status (pending, running, completed) but cannot see detailed forensic findings. Only authorized server staff with admin access can view full detection results.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address provided on our website.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
10. Contact
For privacy-related inquiries, contact us through your account dashboard or the support channel provided at registration.
